We are closed between Christmas and New Year. During all closed hours, you may still reach us via our out of hours line in emergency situations.

Out of hours emergency line

We understand that emergencies can happen at any time, which is why we offer an out-of-hours emergency line for urgent repairs and issues that arise outside of regular business hours. Whether it’s a plumbing leak, a heating failure or any other pressing concern, our dedicated team is just a phone call away, ready to assist you.

In the case of an emergency, please call 07960 612089 and someone will be available to help you.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, if we can’t answer your call right away we might be assisting other clients - please feel free to send us a text with your name, address and details of the emergency, and we’ll get back to you urgently.

Please note, the emergency line is for urgent enquiries and time sensitive repairs only. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of power
  • Loss of heating/hot water or water
  • Major floods
  • Substantial structural damage

All none urgent repairs and enquiries including new/existing tenancy applications will be dealt with during working hours.
