For everything above, we charge 10% + VAT management with the first 6 months completely free. Based on an average rental of £500 PCM, this saves £360.00 within the initial 6-month period; that’s almost a whole month’s rent. The only charge we would ever make to your is your management fee of 10% + VAT from month 7 onwards.
All landlords are allocated their own dedicated property manager, giving you a main point of contact for all of your rental needs tailored to your home.
