Here at The Letting Company, we have no hidden charges or nasty surprises; you can rest assured we offer fantastic value and customer service, coupled with an extensive knowledge within our industry.

For everything above, we charge 10% + VAT management with the first 6 months completely free. Based on an example rental of £800 PCM, this saves £480 within the initial 6-month period; that’s more than half a month's rent. The only charge we would ever make to your is your management fee of 10% + VAT from month 7 onwards.
