Moving home - a smooth transition

Moving home can be an exciting yet daunting experience, filled with a mix of emotions and logistics, and we're here to make the process as stress free as possible. Whether you need to move within 24 hours or 24 days, we can help.

Need to move quickly? Our external referencing team work efficiently to ensure your application is completed as soon as possible. Please let us know when applying if you need to move quickly, and we will do everything we can to fast track this for you.  

Need some more time? Upon submitting an application, your new property is reserved for up to one calendar month allowing you to move at your own pace.

We understand the importance of making this transition as seamless as possible which is why we're here to support you at every step, from the moment you find your new rental to the day you officially move in. We provide helpful resources and tips for packing, organising, and planning your move to ensure that nothing gets overlooked.

We also facilitate the essential processes involved in moving, such as coordinating with your current utility companies. Our commitment to excellent communication means that you’ll always know what to expect, helping to alleviate the stress often associated with relocating. We’re not just here to help you find a property; we’re dedicated to ensuring that your move is smooth and enjoyable, so you can focus on settling into your new home and embracing the adventures that lie ahead.

Out of hours emergency line

We understand that emergencies can happen at any time, which is why we offer an out-of-hours emergency line for urgent repairs and issues that arise outside of regular business hours. Whether it’s a plumbing leak, a heating failure or any other pressing concern, our dedicated team is just a phone call away, ready to assist you.

We prioritise your safety and comfort, ensuring that you receive prompt attention to any emergency situation. Our reliable network of trusted contractors is on standby to address urgent repairs swiftly, giving you peace of mind that help is always available when you need it most.

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the case of an emergency, please call 07960 612089 and someone will be available to help you.

If we can’t answer your call right away, we might be assisting other clients - please feel free to send us a text with your name, address and details of the emergency, and we’ll get back to you urgently.

Safety first

The safety and well-being of our tenants is our top priority. We are committed to providing a secure living environment, which is why we ensure that all our properties meet the highest safety standards. This includes conducting gas safety tests, electrical inspections, and energy performance tests when they become due to guarantee that your home is safe and energy-efficient. Additionally, we ensure that smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are installed in every property, giving you peace of mind knowing that you are protected against potential hazards.

Our proactive approach to safety means that we not only comply with legal requirements but also ensure your comfort and security. We believe that a safe home is the foundation for a happy living experience, and we are dedicated to maintaining the highest levels of safety for all our tenants. Deposit protection

Your deposit is an important part of your rental experience, and we take its protection seriously. In compliance with the law, all tenant deposits are safeguarded in a government-approved deposit protection scheme; we choose to use the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). This ensures that your deposit is held securely throughout your tenancy and provides you with peace of mind knowing that it will be returned to you promptly at the end of your lease, provided there are no damages or unpaid rent.

Our team is committed to transparency and fairness, which is why we clearly outline the terms and conditions related to your deposit at the start of your tenancy. We conduct a thorough inventory check at the beginning and end of your stay, ensuring that any discrepancies are handled fairly and in accordance with legal guidelines. As part of your move-in pack, we provide you with all necessary deposit protection paperwork, ensuring that you have clear documentation of your rights and the safeguarding of your deposit.
